Protect your credentials, financial information and private address. Be cautious of urgent requests for money, investment offers and people asking to move conversations elsewhere. Verification does not guarantee safety.
Meeting in person
Meet in a public place, arrange your own transport and tell someone you trust your plan. Respect boundaries and leave if uncomfortable. Do not rely on NearSoul to monitor an outing or summon help.
Control your exposure
Use Block to stop unwanted contact and manage blocks under Blocked Accounts. Review Location Privacy before sharing a location. A recipient can save messages or images even when content expires. Report harmful content using its Report action or Report a Problem.
Urgent concerns
For immediate danger contact local emergency services. For child exploitation, report the account or content reference without copying suspected CSAM. Use the Child Safety Standards and Grievance Officer pages for the reporting channels.
