Email Child safetyOur standard
NearSoul is an adults-only service. We prohibit all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, altered or generated. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of children and any attempt to facilitate these harms. A child must not appear in sexual content even if an uploader claims consent.
Report a concern
Report the account or content in the app, or choose Child safety concern under Settings > Safety & Legal > Report a Problem. You can also email support@nearsoul.in with subject Child safety. Include a user ID, content reference and time if known. Do not investigate yourself, download, forward or email suspected CSAM. Contact local emergency services if a child is in immediate danger.
Response and lawful reporting
We review child-safety reports, remove or restrict prohibited material and accounts, and preserve relevant evidence securely as required by law. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate regional authority or NCMEC where applicable. We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-protection obligations. An age declaration alone does not replace investigation and enforcement.
