Safety, grievances and rights
For moderation appeals or formal complaints, contact the Grievance Officer at support@nearsoul.in using subject Grievance. For child-safety concerns use subject Child safety. For deletion use Delete my NearSoul account; for access or correction use NearSoul data request. Include relevant IDs and dates; never send credentials or suspected CSAM.
Emergencies
NearSoul support is not an emergency service and does not promise immediate monitoring. Contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
