No harassment, stalking, threats, hate targeting protected characteristics, coercion, repeated contact after rejection, unwanted sexual content or publication of private information. Never pressure anyone to share images, location, money or personal details.
Adults only; zero tolerance for child exploitation
People under 18 may not use NearSoul. Never misrepresent age or help a minor access the app. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including synthetic depictions, are prohibited. See Child Safety Standards for reporting.
Authentic and lawful participation
Do not impersonate people, scam, spam, sell illegal goods, arrange compensated sexual services, distribute sexually explicit content, encourage violence or self-harm, or infringe others' rights. Do not bypass moderation, blocks or payment controls. Only share content you have permission to use.
Report and block
Use the Report action on a member or content, or Settings > Safety & Legal > Report a Problem. Include the user or content ID and time. Block unwanted contact and manage blocks under Blocked Accounts. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM.
Enforcement and review
Depending on severity and context, we may remove content, warn, restrict, suspend, terminate, preserve evidence or report to competent authorities. Automated checks can make mistakes; request a review through the Grievance Officer. Reports must be made in good faith. Expiring content does not prevent preservation of relevant safety evidence.
