Refund & Cancellation

Before purchase
The checkout identifies the product, price, applicable taxes, duration, allowances and whether it renews. Fixed-term purchases expire as stated; recurring subscriptions follow the renewal terms shown by the store. Keep the store receipt and order ID.
Cancel renewal
For your app store subscriptions, open your app store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select NearSoul and follow Cancel subscription. Use the Google account that made the purchase. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access generally continues for the paid period subject to the purchase terms and applicable law. Uninstalling NearSoul or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Fixed-term products without renewal have no recurring payment to cancel.
Request a refund or fix missing access
For a your app store purchase, use your app store's refund request process or contact support@nearsoul.in. In NearSoul, choose Refund request or Payment completed, access missing under Report a Problem. Include the order ID, purchase date and description, not card details or passwords. Eligibility and processing depend on the purchase, store policy and applicable law. A request or support approval is not confirmation that money has been returned.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy imposes a blanket no-refund rule or removes a mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer remedy. For a charge you do not recognize, contact the billing provider promptly and secure your account.
